I was tryng to burn a cd, but my windows program tells me that it has specified  unknowned error. the error number is 0xC0001197, and another problem that I had was that Because of this error I lost all the music I had stored in windows.PLEASE HELP ME I WANT MY MUSIC BACK THANKS>
