I have loaded a AVI file from the NISIS DV4 video camera.
The file with play back ok using Quicktime. However, when
playing using Windows Media Player or RealTime the audio
is ok but the video does not show in the video window.

I keep getting this message when I clic on a movie or MPEG clip. It used to play right away but now it will only play if I download it and save it to a folder. I am online, and I checked my proxy settings to the best of my knowledge. It also said something about "streaming proxy" ...

Whenever I try to play either a song or a video clip on my Windows Media Player Media 9 Series I get the Error#C00D10B3.  Windows Media Player cannot play this file.  I have Windows 98 and this is a laptop computer if any of that matters.  
I would SO appreciate your help!
