I have encountered error message C00D11CD while using Windows Media Player, with a downloaded file.
Could you help me ???

When I start a video clip, it starts out in color for less
than one second.  Then it only plays in black and white.  
This happens with all video types.  It even happens when

I'm having big problems making screen captures (i.e.
vidcaps) when playing mpg movies on the Media Player 9.  
In full screen, I pause the mpg.  I click somewhere on the
screen to select the picture.  Then I hit ALT-PRINT

Cannot connect to URL.  WMA cannot locate proxy with error C00D2EED.
