Since a month ago my Windows Media Player is not working properly, everytime I try to play an MP3, MPEG or CD, the first 2-3seconds of each song sounds too fast, after that the file plays normal.

i'm trying to convert wma to mp3 and when i try to take the "playlist to copy" and hit the copy button in the upper right corner, i get the error message "class not registered". what does that mean, and how do i correct that?
