Why when I try and copy to Device in Media Player 9, it

I tried downloading a media file from my Hotmail account and received this error message. Usually I can download and then play the file, this time Windows Media Player tried opening and playing the file when this error message occurred.
I would appreciate any ideas/help with this ...

I downloaded media player 9. 0 now wont play just get

i recieved an email on my hotmail account after downloading the file it said there was an error c00d0032

Please help me... The error says;
"Windows Media Player encountered an error when reading the CD-ROM Drive
in Digital Mode. You can try to use digital mode again or your can switch the player
to analog mode"

When I use Windows Media Player 9 to play avi files the program showed a
message "error downloading codec". But I can use another PC in to play the
same file succesfully. Can I compare the codec install on both computers and
install the codec to the first PC from the second PC? How? ...

I want to STOP my windows media player 9 from opening to the Premium
Services Tab. Can anyone help me do this? I removed all services, but
