I have a windowsxp professional computer with WMP9, all latest patches.
I use a Creative 5.1 soundcard for general purpose and game audio computing.
De soundblaster card has a 4.1 surround set of speakers.
For music recording purposes I attach a usb midi/soundcard (tascam us-122).
