I get this error message when trying to play a sound clip from amazon.com... I've been having problems with not only Windows Media but Real Player as well - something is not allowing the programs access to the internet I believe? Can anyone help?

Unable to write wav. windown Media file to disc. Error occurs saying Windows Media cannot play the file. but the file plays fine. this pop up occurs when i try to burn/ write the file to cd. Confused? I've never had this problem before especially with a 15 second clip.
