I'v got wmp9, I had the crossfader and premium srevices on the player, had to do a quick recovery to solve another problem now I cant find either where are they, did I loose them help!!! ?

My first time in a newsgroup so be patient with me.
Running WinXP, have downloaded Win Media Player 9 but can only hear sound,
no picture. Anybody got any idea why?

When I try to play video files (mpg1 and avis so far) WMP 6.4 on my
Win98 SE system loads or is in the process of loading but there is no
picture or sound.
Ctrl, alt and del does not get rid of the frozen program and Windows

I accidentally deleted a dll file while troubleshooting a
virus.  I can't remember the name of the file.  Now WMP
will not play embedded videos.  Otherwise, it's working
fine.  I have reloaded the WMP but it didn't help.

I bought and downloaded some music from ninemsn digital downloads, and they are quite happily sitting on my computer, I even managed to copy them to cd but I cannot get them onto my MP3 player I get error message COOD11AA. Why Would This Be?

I just encountered a problem with my windows media player
It says i have the incorrect parameters.
It keeps playing the movie but the sign stays up and the movie picture halts. but the move still keeps going.
