I have been unable to download any video files (error C00d1198).
When attempting to enter the Media Guide tab, I get the error "The
page cannot be displayed).   "The setttings should match those
provided by the LAN administrator or ISP".  Where do I find that info,

When I try to save downloaded files to the desktop,
everything seems fine untill I try to open the file and
it is not there where I saved it.  I know files are
downloading because a dialog box pops up and says
