i have downloaded a few movies now and all i keep getting is class factory cannot supply requested class i'm new to downloads can anyone help please

While trying to play a downloaded video in Windows Media Player with Windows Media audio/video file extension, I keep getting this error code.  I have the latest version of the player and all updates.

Error message OxCOOD11BA Cannot play the file

I am trying to play a mpg video in media player but it will only play the
sound and not the actual video, giving the message "error downloading
codec." Can anyone tell me where i can download a codec to fix this problem?

When i was going through things on my computer i must have acidently deleted the sound thing off because its saying that 0xC00D11BA: Cannot play the file. I dont know what to do now because i cant hear anything! I think i must reinstall the sound device thing. but i dont know how ...

HI IM RECIEVING AN ERROR SAYING CYCLING ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PLAY A  MOVIE FROM A DVD  CAN ANYONE HELP ME

    I couldn't get WMP to play my AVI files.  So I went to gspot,
id'd the AVI and DivX, downloaded DivX.  
    Now I can't play Zuma or Richochet Lost Worlds (downloaded from
Gamehouse)  

I try to play AVI file and I have picture, but not sound. Please help!

Changed comething I guess, and it's been so long, I forgot how to
make WMP the default player. I know it's simple, just got some brain
fade.

I downloaded an AVI file from kazaa and both realplayer and WMP won,t play it The Realplayer says you don,t have codec DX50 and WMP says unknown error But they make contact and send request for download codec but both don,t succeed
What can i do?

Ever since I upgraded to the new 'super duper' windows media player 10 I can not burn CD's using the player or using NERO. They both come up that they can not read the files. It might be something to do with the new security settings that I was forced to choose. Any ideas? I just ...
