I have large and growing catalog of media that's all been encoded using MBR. Often, most of the time frankly, when bandwidth isn't sufficient, the lower bitrate connection doesn't kick in. How can I give the end user the ability to force a lower bitrate connection?

When using WMP 10 Technical beta, it does not detect ny Rio S30 device. It is not listed under Options / Devices. The S30 has all latest drivers and firmware installed and is detected correctly when using Rio's own Music Manager software.

When downlaoding certain music files i am then unable to play them back....this has happened several times...can anyone tell me why ??? I can listen to some but not others.....any help would be gratefully accepted !!
