I am using the WMP 6.4 plugin on a weg page, and when I execute this
combination of commands using JavaScript, I get a very strange behaviour:
1) Stop() (if not already in state 0, i.e. stopped)
2) Set CurrentPosition to some other value

WHY DOESN'T WMP HAVE PORTABLE DEVICE SUPPORT FOR THE SONY NET MD WALKMAN?!?!?! I've had to resort to RealPlayerOne (YUCK!) only now I've got music that only WMP has a license to use and not Real. URGH, this is sooooooo FRUSTRATING!

These .avi files created in Germany can be played on windows xp. Yet, W98 w/ 6.4.07WMP gives errors: 80040255  80040200.  I ran GSpot like you suggest. 1st it said no codec installed.  Then it found AVI Draw, and "direct show is aparently able to play the file as well"  Still no ...

I have XP-Home and installed WNP9, but when i click the
Media Guide and Radio Tuner tabs, I get the "The page
