Hi. Can someone please help me with this error message I get when I'm trying to load a avi clip: C00D11CD. I have no idea what it means or if it can be mended, so if anyone does, that would be nice.

I recently upgraded media player and when I went to use it
a flag came up saying (an internal application error has
occurred.) I cannot pull up the player.  Do not know what
to do.

Someone who knows this problem?

I didn't say roxio produced a wmp error code.. It produces the same thing try another brand or clean the cd..  and the brand that used to work doesn't work.
