Hi. Can someone please help me with this error message I get when I'm trying to load a avi clip: C00D11CD. I have no idea what it means or if it can be mended, so if anyone does, that would be nice.

I didn't say roxio produced a wmp error code.. It produces the same thing try another brand or clean the cd..  and the brand that used to work doesn't work.

Lately, whenever I'm trying to play a .wmv (windows media audio/video file) my windows explorer crashes and so does the player...sometimes it doesn't crash and  it gives the C00D11CD error message.Tried the sites you propose, but didn't find any relevant issue...Any ideas? Thanks ...
