I mucked up I have installed w m p version 9 and I have a windows 98 edition operating system version 9 is only ok with windows 98 se so now I am going to download version 7.1 do u think this will override version 9 or what help

How can i solve this problem? I want to watch this video, but they says ''Sending Codec'' ''Requesting Codec'' then later, it just won't play but when I try it on another computer, it works. Can Someone help me?

Yep I get this too. I'll try to answer anything that Mr. Chris has to ask, I dunno why everyone just gives up. I have Moonlight Elecard V2.2 installed on my computer Running WinXP of course mpgdec.ax is in C:/Program Files/Moonlight/Common Files

I see a few of you have had the same problem - Windows Media not allowing you to transfer music that you paid for to an MP3 player - in my case an RCA Lyra I get the error message listed above. Can anyone help me? This is total BS beacuse both Music Now and Wal Mart advertise ...

Everything was working fine with WMP 9, but suddenly I can no longer rate tracks. It just doesn't "stick", ie: I rate something, choose a different screen and come back, and the song is still unrated.
