I get this alot and it seems most often when im trying to open a ".avi" file anything u can tell me may help.

My Liteon DVD-Rom LTD 163 player is set on regio 1 but I can not change the region anymore to 2, when I want to play a DVD from region 2. The message I get = COOD 1165.
