I get an error message C00D11F8.  It tells me to witch to digital CD
Playback.  On the tools meny click options then click defices.  Double click
the CD-ROM drive and then in the playback area click digital.    I have tried
this numerous times, but the CD-ROM drive will not open ...

IT seems I can't remove player.....Doesn't show in
add/remove,only media player (7)And I can't remove
that.Media player works through once than freezes
up ..ctrl/alt/delete does not end task,must reset along

nothing i download will play because it says "Cannot play back the audio
stream: the audio format is not supported"  but my speakers are hooked up and
