Above appears whenever I open a video on WMP in Windows XP Pro. I am then told that the error is 800700c1. The video will not play even if try to open and view a video which had previously played and been stored on my hard drive. Any suggestions?

I get this message when I try to play online films. I understand it is a audio codec but cannot click on the download codecs automaticly as the pannel is grayed out. I have admin rites as I am the only user. The main updates are ok. Player V9. windos XP Pro. Updated from ME
