I am unable to play video clips in Windows Media Player.  I either get an
"unknown error" message or error code COOD11CD (Windows XP, WMP 9 series).  
Any help or insight would be great! Thanks!

I installed service pack 2 for xp and now when i click on
a link to play a mpeg it automatically starts to download
the file instead of just playing it. Is there a setting
to make it play instead of downloading it??

My media player will not play .wmv files and it was
working find. I have reloaded the software but it doesn't
help. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix
this? I am using Win XP Pro--P4 3.2--1 GB Ram. Thanks....

Installed latest version of Windows media 7.1 on Windows
ME.  Installs fine but when I launch I get following
message. "An internal application error has occurred"
with no option but OK.

Since upgrading to XP professional I cannot bring up
Windows Media Player.

Someone help me out... im trying to burn a CD from my library, the player
lets all the tracks "convert" but when it goes to copy the first track, it
burns 34% then it closes the disk on track 1. The CD pops out and the first
track turns red and thats it.

Yesterday I formatted my computer and since then I have no sound. I get the
code C00D11BA. I have opened the troubleshooting but the problem is still
there. Can someone help me please?

after downloading my favourite song and listening to it countless times, i
was asked if i would like to update my version of media player, i clicked yes
and the procedures were carried out successfully. When i return to my
compuiter the next day to listen my favourite song i am ...

Whenever I receive an email with amessage that opens with
the media play-it says data invalid?  When I click for
help, it says unable to find error?  HELP!  I've missed
some good emails!
