Player.please help..? it's first time i recieved this message on my windows
media player....

xp updates has updated our computer and also media player to version 9 BUT we
don't want 9.  Does anyone know how to get rid of the 9 and revert to the
version we have on the computer?
It has asked us to install 9 and we haven't done!

downloaded new version of media player  now  cannot burn
songs will not keep a running list of songs chosen to go
on disc  can anyone help???????????

I'm not really sure what has happened, but every time I try and run Media
Player(I've tried with a few versions but it happened with version 9) it does
not open and instead places an item on my desktop about Hardcore XXX Movies
or something like that, and then opens a web page ...

I tried to play some music on the Windows media player 9 what does that

I used to run wmp ver 8 until I was hit by some sort of virus that killed
kazaa ie 6 and media player. I was unable to locate any files for my ie so I
downloaded a new version through msn (the only way I could get online) now
whenever I  open a file (audio or video) it codes ...

I suddenly get unknown error text message when attempting to copy to CD from
play list.  I can only copy music from CD to media library
