nothing will work for music, nothing from cd, download.
i dont know what to do, please tell me. give me instructions, im not to good

I have never had a problem until recently. Now it won't
play Auto playlists saying file not found or not
specified or that it is stored offline. Also when I dmke
a play list and try to copy it to C.D it won't copy it

After installing Update 828026 for Media Player I am told
a new update should be installed, but this is just the
same update again.  This goes on time after time.  I am
running Windows XP Pro and Windows Media Player 9.0

Screen", but the area where the video should be is a dark purple.
