I have never had a problem until recently. Now it won't play Auto playlists saying file not found or not specified or that it is stored offline. Also when I dmke a play list and try to copy it to C.D it won't copy it

After installing Update 828026 for Media Player I am told a new update should be installed, but this is just the same update again. This goes on time after time. I am running Windows XP Pro and Windows Media Player 9.0

I'm attempting to capture a frame of an AVI file. I tried pressing "Print Screen", but the area where the video should be is a dark purple. Is there any way to capture a single frame using just Windows XP and Windows Media Player? If not, what should I use?
