CD player the audio sounds normal. The rest is "chipmunk

DVD Frame Advance, Slow, Fast, etc for WMP ???17 Aug 2004 22:10 GMT1
I'm using WMP 9 to view DVDs in XP Pro via a Cinemaster c3.0 decoder card.
I see all the 'standard' WMP controls - Start, Pause, etc., but I don't see
any of the controls one would typically see in a DVD player - Frame Advance,
Slow motion, Fast Forward, Zoom, etc.
