I am having problems when playing back video, the colour is wrong, it is
almost, but not quite negative colour. Red appears green etc. Can anyone help

I have a Gateway computer that Windows XP and Media Player came pre-installed
on.  It worked fine until I updated Norton Internet Security.  Whenever I try
