I am trying to download an e-mail message and the sound won't come out. It says error message C00D11CD. I would appreciate some help with it.

i have windows media 9 series and Windows XP. i was trying to copy a cd that was already loaded onto windows media onto a blank cd. and the error C00D11C9 came up and read Windows Media Player cannot copy the files to the recordable disc. and on the right in windows media player ...

Having downloaded the WMP XP upgrade from Microsoft, I find that several programmes no longer work properly including system restore. When I try to delete the files individually , I can't. Can anyone help?. TIA
