I keep getting the error" Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error when ever I want to burn a cd or transfer songs to my mp3 player. please help????

Okay?!? Why is it doing this to me?? Please someone email me or something because I don't know what I did wrong. I recently upgraded my media player and ever since then I can't burn a cd or data disc from it.

Hi, The first time I copied files from a CD in Media Player it indicated the folder where the files would be stored (MY Music). I changed it to a new subfolder in My Music. Now when I copy a file from a CD it automatically stores it in that subfolder. I can't find a menu choice ...

while downloading music at wal-mart I was able to listen to music clips then all of a sudden got the error message c00d1198. I can go to BMG music & listen to clips using media player without a problem. can anyone tell me why?
