i am using media palyer 9 and trying to an avi file from e-mule. i can onky
get the sound (no picture). media play it is looking for a codec but cant
find it and that after i downloaded  codec pack from microsoft web site

I've recently upgraded to WMP 10 and I'm now having difficulties playing
online media files.  I subscribe to jumptv.com and I use it to watch live
programs using WMP9.  As soon as I updated to version 10 I've lost that
functionality (partially)

I've just been upgraded to WMP v.10.
Previously my library was sorted correctly-it no longer

reorganzied them by the artist in the My Music folder. How do I get WMP 10 to

I think the Media duide is not connecting but I a know I

I am using WMP10 with WindowsXP Pro. When I use the radio tuner I get no
sound on any stations. All other sound functions work ok. I have removed and
reinstalled it two times but the problem still exits. Does anyone have any
suggestions.

Help!  Downloaded and installed WMP 10.  When playing an
mpg file, I get sound but no picture.  This same mpg file
worked perfect on WMP 9.  The OS is Windows XP Pro SP2.  
The computer with WMP 9 has Windows XP Pro SP1.

Hi, I am using WMP 10, Windows XP Pro SP2, Clean Machine, just wiped it.
Celeron 2.4GHz, 512MB RAM,
Everytime I try to watch a movie or play an MP3 my CPU pegs at 100%, the
file causing it is explorer.exe, if i end the task and then start a new one
