With MP9 I had all my media files (65GB) on an external firewire drive.  No
problems.  With MP10, the library has gone away and reloading, using all

I just updated to WMP10 and everything was fine, my
brother had to uninstall WMP as it "Stopped working" now
when I try and reinstall it from the WMP9 setup.exe
(downloaded from Microsoft.com) I get this message? "This

Windows Update is proffering me WMP10, but in the descriptive text it tells me it's "for US clients

1. Why would it be offered to a non-US user then?

I started having this problem when I upgraded to WMP10:
