Error: 80040154, Text: "class not registered"
I just want to play a partially downloaded AVI movie (from Win MX) on
windows media player. What do I need to do this?(eg. codecs, settings
adjustment, update ect.)

I try to play some downloaded songs from Kazaa, but WMP says the parameter is
incorrect. Never happened before...can you help me please?

My media player wont show up on the desktop. I can see that the program is

First error- upon freshly rebooting my computer, I can open WMP and listen to
my entire library.  However, if I close the program and attempt to open it
later, I see the install screen.

I'm having trouble with Bliss getting the album art correct.  Even after I
update the tag and download the missing info, Bliss sometimes scrambles my
album art, sticking, say, a David Bowie cover on a Stones album.  Very
confusing.

When I was using Media Player 9 Series, I downloaded a pack of Media Player 9
codecs from Microsoft.
Does Microsoft have a codec pack for Media Player 10? Or does it not need
them, or do the codecs from 9 work in 10 as well?

I am getting this error on MP10.
I run winxpsp2; everything else on the computer works fine.
Now when I run mp3's in MP10, I get error c00d11c7, no codecs.
I cannot enable automatic downloads of codecs, as this option is greyed out.
