when i double click on a track it plays at a high speed momentaraly then
slows to the preopper speed. Any ideas on how to solve this?  thanks

I'm unable to play an mpeg file sent to me in an email and the message I get
is that I have an error code 800C0008.  What is this and how do I fix the

I get this error message while playing a licensed WMA file.
I do not currently have a CDR or any other portable media device connected
to the computer, nor am I attempting to copy the file to a CDR or other
device while listening to the file.

hello, this question may be answered here somewhere else, but i'm not sure
what to search for.
a littler while ago, i noticed WMP was not listing a number of my audio
flies in the file tree navigation (artist, album artists, etc.).  the files
