I have intalled, uninstalled and reinstalled windows media
player, and for some reason it won't open.  When I hit
ctrl, alt, del, it says it is running, but nothing comes
up.  HELP!!  How do I fix this?

DirectShow does not provide any MPEG-2 decoders or encoders. To use the
