I think that this question Doesn't go under Wmp but il ask anyway.... How
can i make mp3,wma... or other formats to Ogg...? like i have a song and i
want it to be ogg not mp3... please help... ty

I've just acquired a secondhand laptop which is running
WinXP Home Edition. When I try to use Windows Media Player
9 or 10 I get an "Internal application error" message.
However, when I run Windows Media Player 2, it works fine.

Just installed WMP10 and every time I start the app it opens initially then
within a few seconds stops reponding.  When I check Windows Task Manager it
says "running" then a second instance of WMP10 appears in the application
list then the status of both instances change to "not ...

I just changed to Verizon DSL and have WM version 9, since my change I can no
longer view streaming video. I do not get an error, the player simply does
nothing. I was able to utilize the player fully with my previous ISP.

When I play anything on Windows Media Player, it speeds up the song and the
song's sound. For example the singer's voice is high pitch and so it the rest
of the song. How can I make the Media Player play the song how it was ment to
be heard and not high pitched.

when i play some video (its done it with dvd's and .avi
so far, but not all dvd's and .avi's) the edges of the
video get cutt off. this occurs on all sides (maby 5%-8%
of the total video. its as if the immage has been zoomed

Hello anybody.. Looking for help here.. I got version 10
Media Player installed in my laptop and it rips mp3's from
CD's at a very slow pace.. It was working just fine when I
first installed it.. I can't find any settings I may have
