I was trying to watch a video off the internet and got this error right after
I upgraded to SP 2. What do I need to do to be able to view the video. I run

I am new to video clips and just downloaded and installed

When I double click on an MP3 or WMA it will look like its playing but there
will be no sound.  If I stop and play it will still be silent.  I can only
get sound if I pause and then play or if I drag the seek control.   This has
