can anybody help me on how to make the video brightness control always adjust
with my setting.cos it always goes back to default setting .

I have tried to listen my internet audio files with Media Player I've
installed and it says that Error ID 0x080040256 and Remedy ID 0x00000000
Does anybody helps me to search a solution.

When the Media Player comes up, it shows up invalid. What can I do.

Recently I've installed SP2 for WINXP. I haven't run the WMP9 installation
after that since I use another media player.
Anyway, I've installed WMP10 now. First thing I got during installation was
"Framedyn.dll Was Not Found" message. Ok, I've dealt with it based on this

Since I upgraded to WMP10, I've never ever seen one of my CDs details
appear in the "Now Playing" screen. I just get Track so-and-so, Unknown
artist, Unknown album.
Anyone knows why is this?

have the current clip time displayed in a window in another frame?

I've just installed WMP 10 and now want to access my Napster service through
it.  All I get when I click the 'Online Stores' tab is the message: 'No
available Online Store - There are no online stores available for your
location'.

This version of Windows Media Technologies is
incompatible with this version of Windows.
This is the details that show when attempt to reinstall
Windows Media Player.  

At the end of the MP10 install I was asked to choose between "yes" or "no"
regarding a Security Alert prompt.  I selected "no" and I received an "MP10
Intall Incomplete" message.  I tried re-installing the new version of MP, but
I still get "Intall Incomplete".  Now when trying ...

               The codec downloaded for this Media does not appear to be
properly signed, installation is not possible. What does this mean and is

I can't get my video to work on my windows media player. I
tried to configure the auto detect proxy settings but
nothing works. I need to get this fix ASAP. List all the

Some mp3 files downloaded via Limewire appear to be encoded with a codec that
WMP 9 or 10 cannot decode/play. While Winamp or other players have no
problems. How can I identify the codec and how can I get WMP to play such mp3
