Hi group,
I am getting a 'Service Unavailable' message when I try to manually assign
album information to an unrecognised disc.  I am using WM10 on XP SP2.  The
problem appeared a few days ago (Saturday I think) and I have not made any

I just installed version 10. When I try to view any media
through explorer, it says "you need version 7 or higher,
and it isn't installed" so then it goes and opens the
file in Windows Media 10 externally...

When I click on the setup icon it always brings up the install window, but
the navigation tabs in the window dont work, and therefore I can't even start
the install process.

In WMP 10 I cannot move the individual song files simply by clicking and
dragging them where I want them like you could in WMP 9.  The HELP item
states

Every time I open WMP, the "Welcome to WMP 10" screen
comes up. I click "Next" through "Privacy Options"

It told me I encountered error code C00D11CD. How do I fix this?
I upgraded to the latest version of Media Player and have been getting this
message ever since.
