I'm running Windows XP with SP2.  I upgraded from Windows
Media Player 9 to 10 about two weeks ago.  Everything was
working fine.  Then, it all stopped working.  WMP is
unable to paly ANY  audio file format (not even WMA).

So, it's not as if I went out of my way to upgrade to WMP 10. Windows
suggested it to me, so I'm assuming that it is no longer a beta
product. Here are the problems:
1) Songs from my media library keep playing even after I close the WMP

My wmp worked fine 2 days ago and now when i tri to play avi's it just comes
up with this message. It happend before and i had to format my hole commputer
and i don't whant to do that again.
