I have win 98se and want to be able to do : volume
leveling for the music I download.
I tried going into the media player and went to VIEW the
ENHANCEMENTS and there where no CROSSFADING AND AUTO

Since upgrade to WMP10, when I close it, it (wmplayer.exe) remains in the
task list.  Each open/close adds another instance to the task list using
9-11MB of memory.
Did not have this problem prior to WMP 10 upgrade.

Anybody know where MP gets its album info from i keep searching for Ministry
of Sound albums but the service never has the details. Is there any bit of
software that i can use to fully update the information within MP instead of
having to type or cut and paste details.

Hi,
Was just wondering if anyone can help.  When I view a
video file through my Windows Media Player, I am unable to
do screen captures.  All I get is a black screen.  Someone

The option under the library tab allows media player
to "rename music files using the rip music settings"
which works fine. The problem is that when I get the

I used to look some TV Stations on: http://www.angelfire.com/nj2/stanti/tv/ ;
but suddenly I only get the stations that use RealPlayer. No connections with
Stations using WMP. (WIN 98, WMP 9). What's wrong?

Cookies ARE enaabled
When I use Radio button from Guide, and open Recently Played Stations, I can
click on Add to My Stations for EVERY listed station. If I click on a station

Ever since I installed the new WM10, I get this annoying pop-up about
sms.napster and go.microsoft.com redirection.
I uninstalled the napster plug in but no luck.

When I put Windows Media Player 10 into mini-player mode,
all the CD control buttons are grayed out and Im not able
to control anything? I tried looking for an option, but
didn't find any. How do gain access to the play controls

My favorite screensaver ( the XP Video one)  will not work now that I have WMP10 - It insists on having WMP9..
Are there workarounds for this  or any known plans to update the Power Toy?

Mini mode doesn't work on  MP 1022 Sep 2004 18:13 GMT2
I just upgraded to Windows Media Player 10 and now the
mini mode won't work.  The "play" and "stop" buttons are
greyed out.  I tried to upgrade again and it won't let me.
