My company streams numerous videos that were encoded with Windows Media
Codec 9 from a Windows 2003 Server infrastructure, running Windows Media
Services 9.  We are now getting reports from customer service that users who
have installed WMP10 can no longer play existing movies ...

ok... this is weird.
I have various videos - some are vcd's of dvd's I have. Here's the weird

I just installed Service Pack 2, but it installed WMP 9 and I like 8 better.
The main reason is that when playing a video file in Full Screen the video
does not shrink when the control bar at the bottom pops up. I dislike this
behavior in version 9 and would like to go back to 8. ...

Running Windows XP Home with SP2.
Upgraded to WMP 10.
Now - Some of my mpeg (1) vids will not play the video (black screen) but  
audio/sound plays.

some of my mp3 files will not play in WMP10,i get a error message saying:
the file you are attempting to play has an exstention that does not match

I am trying to copy a song that was downloaded, however it is giving me this
error code.  I viewed a message that says I have to check my CD recorder on
my computer and everything is correct, but still i can't copy this one song.  
Every other song has been copied but one ...

Whenever i try to play a song that has a license, i get an error sayin it
cant play because the DRm subsystem is locked by another application or user.
What can i do to fix this problem?
