I received an error message #800703E6 - Invalid access to memory location.  
Media Player v. 9, Windows 2000XP Home.  Error message occurs when I try to
open some video files downloaded from Kazaa...not all.

Downloaded the WMP 10 never got it to work right even with all the resurch
and watching this site.  Had my computer on that's all, went to HS Football
game came home at 1/2 time and poof it was gone off desktop.  No one home

I've read thru all the relevent FAQ areas but i have 2 questions that weren't
answered.
The problem is, i changed a lot of hardware. And now a cd that i bought in a
store, copied into Media Player; Media Player will no longer play the song or

Hi. Media Player 10, keeps skipping and crashing for no
apparent reason. My CPU is not busy, I have more than
enough RAM and VRAM, and my Hard Drives are de-fragged.

Installed WMP 10 about 1 week ago and it worked.
Last time I tried to run it got message that it was not
properly installed and needed to reinstall.

I installed Windows Media Player 10 now I don't have any sound coming out of
my laptop speakers or my plugin speakers.  I have checked the settings, tried

sudden. It is set up as my default player for all media

OF A MEETING ON WINDOWS MEDIA 9.  THE BROADCAST IS NOT

I have avi. files (video files) made from Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera.
I am not able to play these files from Windows Media Player 10.
I can play these files from Quick Time Player but not in WMP10. Do I need to
download any codec to play these files in WMP?
