I have a Dell XP machine with Media Player 8 installed.  I decided to
upgrade to MP10.  I downloaded the file and when I try to install I get an
error message stating that "mp10setup.exe is not a valid Win32 Application".

IOW, Tag edits made in the wmp library don't change the file names in
