anything but list a bunch of unknown files and unnamed

have all my music (over 5k of songs) taged, filed and sorted by Last Name,

Hi I have downloaded the WMV HD demos (1280x720) and the playback is jerky
Is the solution to upgrade the video card? If so, what would be a suitable

why can't I copy downloaded music to cd?  I get this message

Can't save video that I can view from website - I can load
in on my WMP fine, and see it, but I can't save it for
playback offline.
