After install WMP10 Windows XPsp2 crashhhhh!!
Reason
The installation broke the local profile because it
associated the user.dat to WMP10.

The Media Player 9.0 won't expand off the menu bar. I can Never see it
opened. It stays shrunk even when I tell it to Maximize. I then downloaded
10.0 in hopes that this would repair it.  No such Luck! Please help

I can view a wmv file from a site using my profile in Windows XO home
addition by clicking on the link.  However, when my wife is using her
