How do I convert Flac File to MP3

I have some music files that are flac files (.flac)
Can anyone tell me a way of converting them to mp3/wma so they will run in
media player 10
If not, are there any other players that will run this type of file.

how do i get my task bar controls back up so i dont have to go into the

i can not burn songs on to a cd. The error is 8004020E and says that an
invalid ailgnment was specified. How do i get my songs to burn on the cd?

I was trying to listen to perfectly legally available content from WMP in
their media guide and I got the error downloading codec problem.
I've tried everything that this site and Chris Lanier's blog have suggested
that was anything close to reliable.

When WMP 10 tries to convert audio files to sync them to my Compact Flash
card, it breaks.
More specifically, it will convert the first song/clip, then hold at 0% for
a long time on the second, then throw up this error:

error code COOD109B help

I recently installed Windows Media Player 10 on my machine running WIndows
XP.  I keep receiving this message anytime I try to play movies clips off
MSN.com or any other source.  This problem is only recent.  What could be the
problem?

After changing the "regional and language options" advanced tab from English
(US) to Chinese PRC, the mp3 file that is played in WMP 10 doesnt show the
Title and Artist name in unicode anymore!
