hey i just reinstalled windows and now when i play music it says i have no
sounds card! it used to work fine but now i dnt know what to do. it says

Ok, what i did...was transfered all the music files from Limewire to my
microsoft media player so i could burn a cd. well, i got all the songs on

Hi Ive just bought a new dvd sound card and instaled it with the CD but when
I try to play music it will not work. I have system sounds coming from the
computer but nothing else. In Windows Media Player it says:

Why is ripping so slow in Media Player 10. In version 9 I used to copy a CD
in only a few minutes and now it takes me more than one hour? Or am I doing
something wrong?

The only reason I have stuck with Media Player over the recent years was the
Info-Center view.
I found the Album photo, Track listing and review, Artist profile,
dicography,etc a compelling enough reason, to put up with the lack of other

in the Library section, in other words the left column looks like this:

With WMP9 when i went and right clicked on a track and chose "Find
album info" most times if the album was in a cddb database, WMP 9
would return a very cool synopsis about the players, album etc.. Then
it updated this info locally to my pc. Whenever I played the song
