Using XP and when i click on the mp9, it says 'an internal error has occur'.
There is no code to say what type of error. In there Add/Remove, there is no

Please help.  I try to run my D: drive, but every time I click on it, it says

Hi, I'd like WMP to automatically update my mp3s with album art, but I don't
want it to "update" the song titles, etc.  
Setting the option to only download missing information doesn't work (no
