I am receiving the C00D11D4 error code in my browser (WMP 10 embedded)... 10.00.00.4636 is the exact WMP version...i read the other posts and have not found anything to help...i am running WINXP-SP2 and no proxy...any ideas???

When i go on Burn, or sync this message pops up "Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. This can occur when another program or operating system component encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to the Player." and i don't have a clue ...

message error was "unable to download an appropriate decompressor." I asusme that AOL is compressing this in someway that Windows Media Player can't open and that it can't find a decompressor that will work.

Since upgrading to XP SP2, Windows Media Player 9 will not play Audio CDs. I upgraded to WMP 10 still no success. Is there a fix/patch for this? Just checked on another PC with XP sp2 WMP9 same problem.

After ripping about 50 cd's, the wmp10 crashed, started again, without my newly ripped music.anybody know a way of recovering these tunes? I tried system restore, unsuccesfully.

I have WinXP-Sp2 and my WMP was upgraded Jan 1 2005; I think its WMP 9. I also have Windows Moviemaker but have never used it.
