Refreshing Now Playing Playlist for ripping new CD28 Feb 2005 16:35 GMT2
This seems really STUPID, but I cannot see any quick, convenient way to
refresh the "Now Playing" Playlist after you've ripped one CD and want to
rip another. The old one ejects, you insert the new one & push the tray in...
and you've still got the playlist from the LAST CD you ...

what application I wanted to open the DVD in or take no action. I want to use
InterDVD and not WMP ( because it doesn't play the DVD video, just audio).
That window doesn't appear anymore and it always opens in WMP. How do I get
that selection windo back.

In WMP10 rip window an options box used to occasionally appear with a number
of checkboxes. By mistake I ticked the 'rip and play' box instead of the

Windows Media Player. You might be able to find a solution for this error by
using one of the following support resources:

I have added the Atrac3 Codec to Windows Media player and this works fine.
It will not add these files into the Library though as they are still not a
known file type.  Is there a way to get media play to recognize Atrac3 files
and then add them into WMP Library

can anyone explain why some configurations of media player will handle
mpeg-4 with no problems, but others will cough up blood? perhaps mystery

when i try to run a .mpg file in Windows Media Player, i get a  message that
says:
"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the
file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

When I open any Video file WMP is not the default player. It doesn't autoplay
I have Set All file types to WMP, also used the file association.

I've tried, however I get an error where it should be burning it onto the CD.

On some of my music files in says MP3 Format Sound under file type; how do I
change it to a WAV Sound.  I've tried right-clicking for a save as... prompt
but can't seem to find anywhere to do that.
