i keep getting this error when i try to open up my avi file
when i click on "To see what data this error report contains" i get:
AppName: wmplayer.exe  AppVer: 10.0.0.3646 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0    Offset: 89e99140

Hey, small problem, not very serious but annoying anyway.
Before when I minimized WMP, if I hovered my mouse over the minimized
window, a small yellow box would appear showing what tune was playing, before
disappearing again.

I just bought a new SONY VAIO w/Win XP Media Center Edition 2005.  It
has Windows Media Player 10.  I can only get once instance of WMP.
On my last computer, with WIN XP Pro, I had WMP 10 AND an older
version of WMP (maybe 9.)

Whenever I try to play any audio file off of my Hotmail email account or an
internet site I get the error 8007000D. However when I play it from my
Outlook and open with WMP... no problems.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have WMP10 and the plus pack. I'm trying to do a converstion from my
library of WMAs to MP3s (as much of my audio supports only MP3s). For every
WMA, I get the error "The file cannot be cnverted because it uses an
unrecognized codec." I have gone to Microsoft's coded download ...

When I installed MP10 I began experiencing problems with my video overlay out
to my tv.  The video playing to my monitor is always fine, but randomly,
usually after about 10 minutes of video playback the video going to my tv

New computer with WMP Player ver. 9 installed, XP Office Pro.
All files escept .wmv files play correctly. No .wmv file will play -
when I try to play a .wmv file, I get the message that codec 1 or codec
2 or codec 3 is missing.

I have Win XP sp2 Home with 3 log-in users: myself (admin), spouse (admin),
child (limited). I installed wmp10 and it works fine for my log-in, but for
other users get "internal application error" message. Can anyone help?
