I'm having problems downloading and listening to music off the internet, the
Microsoft website told me to post the following:
# Error message ID number (for example, "C00D11CD")
# Error message text (for example, "Windows Media Player has encountered an

whenever i try and run windows meida ten or open a media file using it the
only thing that comes up is a small dialogue box sayng an internal
application error has occured. ive downloaded win meida again but its still
happening, any help?

How do I disable visualizations? The help docs and Microsoft website
say this can be disabled via "Now Playing". Only problem is, my Windows
Media Player (version 10) doesn't have a "Now Playing" (I looked
everywhere). I need to shutoff the visualizations as it sucks up CPU
