Windows Media Player version 10.00.00. has encountered an unkown error Error Message ID number COOD11CD Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 I can't listen to radio or play CD. Never had this problem before.

How do I disable visualizations? The help docs and Microsoft website say this can be disabled via "Now Playing". Only problem is, my Windows Media Player (version 10) doesn't have a "Now Playing" (I looked everywhere). I need to shutoff the visualizations as it sucks up CPU
