So my WMP 10 keeps updating my player automatically, like a matter of seconds
after I download a file.  I hate this.  It screws up the organization of my
files.  It's even taking files out of the recycle bin after I delete them
from the library and my computer and sticking them ...

I've have a USB flash drive (Sandisk Titanium Cruzer) and I would like
to be able to use it as a portable device in Windows Media in order to
transfer (unprotected) music files to it without the assle of going
through various folders in Windows Explorer.

I have some movies where the rewind/fast forward and previous/next buttons
are grayed. The movies are in several different formats, e.g. asf,

AutoPlayList lets you search by any field.  Which fields are used by the
"Search the library" button on the Library screen?  I've searched the help
files, but can't find the answer to this.

Anybody have any explanations? I might get one song ripped then I hear the

and within the first 10 seconds of playing it stopped and a message came up

I am trying to install Media Player 9 on Windows 2000 and I keep getting this
error message and invalid certificate.  I am trying to load napster and this

I burned a cd on my windows media player.  I wa able to play it before, but
