Hi I was trying to delete a song that I had in my library twice. I did what the the help said to do , but it didnt work. I still have the song in there twice. But now Ihave no stars and I cant ratee this song. Can someone help me fix this little problem?

My files play fine under the WMP 9 +10 PROGRAM but when i stream something/anything via the plugin in the my browser the sound comes out distorted. This also happens in Napster which i WMP...perhaps the same plugin???
