I am trying to play a .avi file..it's a movie file. but I got this error C00D11CD. What do I do? It really sucks. i can play mpg and wma but not avi. Thanx

everybody has yet to help anybody on this. i am hoping that somebody will actually know what to do about this problem....any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem as grandma. I used windows upate and it said I sucessfully installed the program. I received an email from one of my contacts but I can not download the file because it says that there is this error. Help.

I am using windows media v10 with windows xp home edition service pack 2 and I also keep getting this error message. I am desperate to view video clips of my childern but I am unable to do this. Please can someone help!!!!

I've got WMP 10.00.00.3646 and a Maxtor NAS shared drive connected to my PC through a 3Com switch. Here's my problem that's very odd. - I've ripped all of my CDs (as 256KB MP3s) to My Music and then Moved them to the public NAS drive. This about 5000 songs.

My hard-drive crashed, luckily I had all of my ripped music on a slave drive. I did however lose all of the songs that I had purchased off of windows media player. How can I get these songs that I paid for back?
